First, I suggest calling your doc and getting your blood pressure checked, just to rule out any serious problems. If your blood pressure is ok, then by all means take Tylenol -- it does not seem to cause any harm if taken in moderate doses. Try drinking a cup of coffee or other caffeinated beverage. Eat frequent, small meals of complex carbohydrates and protein to avoid fluctuations in blood sugar which may contibute to headaches. Drink plenty of water.
