I am reaching the end of my 12th week and have been suffering from headaches for the past 8 or 9 days. Typically they last the entire day and into the night, making it diffcult to fall asleep and even open my eyes. Today,for example, I felt the suggestion of a headache, but it wasn't until 7pm or so that my head actually began throbbing and aching. In the past week, when the pain was too unbearable I have taken 4 Tylenol tablets -- I am afraid I will do harm to the baby if I take any more. I am also 42 years old and this is my first pregnancy. Are these headaches normal symptoms of pregnancy?
