query re: improving chances for successful implantationFrom: K. (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 27 Feb 1999 18:02:28 -0600 (CST)
I'm wondering what can be done, if anything, to improve the chances for successful implantation after fertilization. In charting my cycles, I've noticed an increase in my basal temperature approximately 8 days after ovulation (indicating a rise in progesterone? the beginning of implantation?). However, a drop in tempterature quickly follows. Ovulation and sperm quality don't seem to be a problem. Any insights would be appreciated! --K. Lynn
