Sex while dialated

I am currently 31 wks. pregnant w/my second child and it was discovered at 29 wks. that I had dialated to 1.5 cms. I was put on bedrest until further notice, but have not dialated any since that day. I'm wondering if it's safe to have sex or an orgasm while already dialated. In otherwords, is it the prostaglandins in the sperm that could "harm me" or the contractions from the orgasm...or both?

*On a side note, I did dialate early w/my son (2-3 cms. at 6-7 mos.) and had him via c-section after being induced around 36-38 wks. (that is still being debated--long story).
