If the cervix is close, it works most of the time. It the cervix is not close, it almost never works. By the way, and here I tread with trepidation, if you chose to use homoepathic remedies, you need to understand that you are experimenting on yourself and your baby with substances that have unknown components with unknown effects and side effects. Until someone is willing to actually test what these things do in a controlled manner, we simply cannot say that they are safe or effective. Note, that I do not say that they don't work, simply that we don't know. Saying, "Well, it worked for me" is known as anecdotal evidence, and has highly limited usefulness in accurately assessing a drug, and that is precisely what these are, drugs. Saying that they have been used for years, decades, centuries, and so on is not evidence either. Humans have done all sorts of things for centuries that make no sense, and I don't think that any of us want to go back to the bad old days when the number one cause of death for women of child bearing age was childbirth. Good luck with your pregnancy.
