If I am pregnant what are the complications of having >pregnancy after a tubal? If your pregnancy test is negative, the odds are really stacked against pregancy. However, if you were pregnant, then the only serious complication is whether or not your pregancy is stuck in the tube, an ectopic pregnancy. This happens about 50% of the time in pregnancy after tubal ligation. If the pregnancy is in the uterus where it belongs, then the only complication is that you didn't want to be pregnant.
