Dr. Shanahan re: second miscarriage

Thank you for answering my first question. I do know that I have a uterine fibroid. I have been told that it is the "good" kind--in the muscle wall and in a good location. I was also told that it would probably not affect a pregnancy. My doctor is a fertility specialist. I am still wondering what the spot on my sonogram was. Could it have been a molar pregnancy. My hcg levels were low. What is a pseudo-pregnancy? I am over 40. I know it's easy to blame my age, but I am looking for other possibilities and I really feel that the dye in the uterus is a waste of time. Is it important to wait a month before trying again? Thanks for your help.
