I am 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant and completely miserable. I have a terrible cold that I would like to treat. I used Tavist D yesterday (before knowing I was pregnant) and it worked just fine. Is it safe to take this again? Sudafed and Actifed just don't work.

Also, what are your feelings of using Flonase or Beconase in the first trimester? Family doctor doesn't approve but ob/gyn does. Any thought?
