baby size on US

I had my US last week at 19 weeks. The estimate for the baby's size was 383 grams. How accurate are US measurements for size? I did the math and calculated this is approximately equal to 12 1/2 ounces. All my baby books say this is the typical size at 22 - 23 weeks. The US dated my pregnancy at about 20w4d. I am pretty sure of my dates since I was using BBT. Does 383 grams seem unusually big for 19-20 weeks? Is there any problem with the baby being big at this point?

Thanks, Andrea
