Question About Pregnancy TestingFrom: Ann (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 12 Feb 1999 21:42:36 -0600 (CST)
Hi, As of today, I'm 7 days past my expected period (I have never been this late...I'm 30 years old). My last period started on January 5th. The last two times my fiance and I had sex were on 1/28 and on 2/7...we used condoms each time. I went to Planned Parenthood today to have a urine test and it came back negative...I was told I have nothing to worry about. I'm still concerned about a few things? 1. Where is my period...I'm always very regular and can't pinpoint any life change/etc that would throw me off by so much. I'm pretty concerned about this 2. Is there still a possibility that I'm pregnant? If so, when/what should I do next? Would a blood test be more accurate? 3. Is it possible to entirely skip a period? Thank you for any insight you can provide. I'm pretty worried.
