dilation of cervixFrom: mary (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 12 Feb 1999 20:39:10 -0600 (CST)
What does the statement "the cervix has an anterior lip present, unable to push through" mean, during labor at a dilation of about 7cm? Also, would that compromise the actual pushing phase harder/longer? (I know the pushing phase comes after 10cm).
