Abdominal Aches and Pains

I get some abdominal pains when I walk to sometimes. It is always in the same spot although yesterday I had one on the opposite side. That side being the front right side. It gets so bad that I have to stop because the pain does not let me walk any further. I thought that perhaps I was walking too fast, but I walk about the pace of a turtle. It takes me 5 minutes to walk a city block. Anybody have any ideas?

Also, I have been getting pains in the area where I had my cerclage(I think). It isn't constant, but very annoying and also happens when I walk. Could it be round ligament pains? I just get paranoid sometimes. I plan on this being my last preg and I don't want to lose my baby. I've had it rough this time around.
