Hi Tina - potasium yes = bananas calcium yes= cheese, milk etc electrolyte yes= sports drink or email me for a labor aide recipe. Always drink plenty of water. I had horribe leg cramps and would scream to hubby to get me out of bed. standing up helps but if it wakes you at night lift your leg straight up so your heel points to the ceiling. It helps. Also, remember this in labor! Get UP as much as possible and keep up your fluid intake. Direct pressure to the heel of your foot will cure it but its best if you can get up and take care of it yourself! It is an evil creature.Hurts like h**** and is annoying at its best.Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy!

Best Wishes, Elizabeth NJ
