Tina, I had this with my 1st pregnancy. Try to avoid stretching your calves by pointing your toes -- I know this would cause me to get a cramp. Flex your feet back towards you if you need to stretch your calves. Sometimes this also helps relieve the cramping.

And of course plenty of water and light exercise won't hurt!
