Autumn,

The linea nigra is the dark line that extends from your belly button to your pubic bone. I had it with my first pregnancy but it wasn't until much later...until my belly was big enough the only way I could see it was in the mirror....probably around 5-6 months. I am pg again and so far I don't have it...it is variable with each person and each pregnancy...the line is not indicative of anything but how your body is reacting to your hormones.
