Lisa; This could be normal, the cramping due to the stretching of your ligaments, and the bloating due to the abdominal irritation of the ovary that produced the pregnancy. At 4 weeks it is difficult to tell (I presume you mean 4 weeks from last menstrual period!). Be alert for any escalation of the signs, and contact your OB if it gets worse. Good luck
