I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. The last few days I have noticed that I get a mild, menstrual-like crampy/achy feeling when my bladder is full (kind of like right before my period starts), not the typical full-bladder type of pain/sensation. They stop as soon as I go to the bathroom. Is this typical at this stage? Why would a full bladder cause cramps?
