Actually, the sharp pains were my first indication that I was pregnant!  I
never had cramps premenstrually, and I knew something was up with these
cramps.  They started for me at about 10 dpo and continued until I was nearly
out of my first trimester...
It is probably not the round ligament pain, as I am just now having this (I am
23 weeks pg), but could very well be the cramping/pain I had when first pg...
