I don't even know if i am pregnant yet and hadn't even thought that i might be until today. Both today and yesterday i've had sharp pains in my lower abdomen. I called a friend who is an OB-GYN nurse and she suggested that it may be round ligament pain. Is this possible, probable, or normal this early in the game. If i am pregnant, i would only be about 4.5 weeks along. thanks for your help.
