This is a fine answer, but I have to inject a little dose of reality. They are called lawyers. While only a few institutions still train residents to do breech vaginal deliveries, there is an increased moribidity associated with breech deliveries, simply for the reason why the baby stayed breech in the first place. One chair of a famous OB residency has even stated that while he does not do breech deliveries, he would be happy to act as a plantiff's witness against the OB that performs them.

In all likelihood this baby will turn, or can be turned by yourself or by your OB (called external cephalic version.) If not, then you should find an OB who is experienced with breech vaginal births, if your are determined to deliver vaginally. While a c-section seems more painful, remember what the goal is...a healthy baby, not a moral victory.
