Hi Andrea, It sounds EXACTLY like ligament pain. Do run it by your care provider but im almost positive that is what it is. You need to move more slowly, roll to the side when getting uo , use your hands & arms no matter how silly you may feel. If you are gentle, it may feel better soon - rest it now cause it cause you problems when its time to push! Good luck!
