This is my second pregnancy, my first ended at 22 weeks with multiple genetic problems that have no real cause. I am 21 weeks pregnant, i had bleeding for one month and it has stopped. At my last ultrasound they told me there was echogenic bowel they could see in the baby, otherwise everything looked fine. I would love to get some opinions about this.
