There is a parasite toxoplasmosis that can be transmitted to the fetus and cause serious damage from cat feces. You can play with and pet your kitten but preferably have someone else change the litterbox. If this is not possible wear gloves. If you know your immune status and are immune to toxoplasmosis there is no danger. I don't know if there are any problems with vacuuming but don't do any heavy lifting during pregnancy.
