This doctor may have interpreted this visit as a "meet and greet", simply a chance for you to interview him, and see how you got along. I personally would have examined you. Look inside yourself. Are you comfortable with him? I doubt it, or you would not have posted this message. If you are not, get another doctor. You have to be able to trust him, or this is not going to work.
