Without more information about what kind of rectal problems you mean, it's hard to provide specific information. However, a retroverted uterus with good-sized fibroids can certainly cause rectal pressure and/or constipation. This combination can also (sometimes) cause painful intercourse.

Neither retroverted uteri or fibroids cause recurring vaginal infections.
