I had HELLP Syndrome but the abdominal pain I felt was vague and it felt like indigestion. I don't think they can rule out liver involvement without doing lab tests. If you can I would have a 24 hour urine protein, hemogram and liver enzyme tests. They may be normal but it will ease your mind. Also, I saw stars but when they first asked me about vision problems I said no because I could see clearly. I didn't recognize that as a sign of high blood pressure. 150/100 is high 140/90 is the cutoff if previous bp is unknown. Mine was 142/90 when they ordered the lab tests. I hope this helps. Lori
