I have 2 beautiful kids, the first(4 yrs) I conceived after 2 cycles of clomid. The 2nd (2 1/2), I conceived after taking Provera to induce my period. I am only 26, but I have never been fertile. I just miscarried at 8 wks ( a twin blighted ovum) after about 4 cycles of clomid. I did not even ovulate until this last time, when my Doc upped my dose to 150 mg. He was going to refer me to a specialist if this didn't work. Anyway, is this type of miscarriage due to hormonal imbalnce b/c of infertility? I would love one more child, but I am afraid I will not be able to get pregnant again. Before this last preganacy, my hormone levels, thyroid, everything was normal. Is there hope for a normal pregnancy for me? Does clomid increase risks of miscarriage, or risk of cancer for me? Can I just quit taking clomid and just take Porvera to induce periods every 3 mo. and hope nature takes it's course evenutally like it did once? Or is that risky? Thanks
