Dear Claudia what is done is done. there is no good reason not to conceive at 43 but you should talk to an Ob about prenatal diagnosis as your risks of problems is much higher (e.g risk of Down Syndrome approx 1:40). You would not feel implantation, but it is quite common to have a light bleed about the time of implantation which could give symptoms. remember all women trying for a pregnancy should be on folic acid 400 mcg per day preconceptually to reduce the risk of spina bifida.
