I'll jump in here too. As others have said, don't judge your milk
supply by what can be pumped out. My pump has never given me enough for
a full feeding for my son, but he still is able to suckle and get enough
to sustain him through 9+ hours of sleep at night and gaining weight. To
me, that says that he is getting plenty of nourishment!
An herb that wasn't mentioned here, but helped me tremendously was
"blessed thistle". I also used fenugreek, but the blessed thistle
