Am unsure of any scientific studies documenting any benefit of yougurt or acidophillus to prevent anything!Cranberry juice or blueberry(hard to find)has been reported to prevent bacteria from "sticking" to bladder lining.A group in Calif. is studying an acidophillus paste that will adhere to vaginal wall-long way off.
