I have a history of grand mal seizures and have been seizure free on depakote for 6 years. I am now considering getting pregnant and would like more information on depakote use in pregnancy. I am on 4mg of folic acid and have been informed by neurologist that there is a very high risk that if I were to come off the medicine the seizures would return. Any information would be much appreciated.
