Body Aches, Restless Leg Syndrome

I'm 8 dpo and for the last 4 days have been having intermittent fatigue and body aches, as if I were coming down with the flu. I have no fever. I was wondering if the immune system might react this way to a new conceptus. I had a miscarriage last month, and about the same time in that pregnancy I felt these flulike symptoms, too.

Also, I have Restless Leg Syndrome. It seldom bothers me, but for the last 3 days it has been driving me up the wall. If I am pregnant, can I expect more of the same?
