90 Days Since LMPFrom: Anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 16 Jan 1999 00:25:12 -0600 (CST)
I know there are so many messages about late periods, so you can add me to the list. It has been 90 days since my last period, October 16, 1998. I saw a doctor about 2 weeks ago and he said that the main reason would be stress. I have had delayed periods before by a week or maybe 2, but this is rediculous. A blood pregnancy test on December 23 was negative. My cycles are usually about 32 days, but the last 2 were 40 and 53. I went off the pill in March of 1998. I am 26 years old and would like to get pregnant, but am not ready to start taking hormones or other drugs. We've only been trying for 7 months, but that is actually only 4 cycles. Are there other reasons besides stress that may cause delay or lack of ovulation? Is there anything "natural" that I can do (ie- diet or excercise) to help? Thanks for your time! Nancy
