Any Exercises to Strengthen Abdomen to Make Delivery Easy?

I am now in the 21st week gestation and I am concerned about being
strong in my abdomen to push effectively during labour ,ultimately to
help in having a natural birth and avoid a caesarean.
What are some safe and effective exercises that a pregnant woman can do?
