The First thing that pops into my mind when I read the above is: Who said this to you? The office nurse? The receptionist? The Doctor? I think this is a Very Important question you are asking and you deserve to have an answer Now, not a due date... If it was Anyone besides the doctor then I suggest you Ask Him/Her this question on your next visit and tell Him/Her what you were told by ????? If it Was the physician then ask him/her Again and tell them you want to discuss it Now! This is Not an unreasionable quwstion. In fact it's a Great Question! I worked in a physicians office as a nurse and heard many things said by "office folks" that the docs would have had a heart attack if they knew this was being passed off as coming from Them! Take charge of your medical care Dawn and remember: There are No Silly Questions! Just sometimes, there are silly answers! Please let us know how this goes. I am Very interested in your reply.
