I think this is great advice!! Not only can it stress you out and cost you a lot of money, but the use of ultrasound so frequently hasnt been researched enough to convince me tha it 100% safe. I know if I had one I would have used it all day long just to hear that precious heart beat! However, a fetoscope is less expensive - I have seen them for around $30 or so and are completely safe - there is nothing you cant hear with a fetoscope that you cant hear with a doppler!

Hang in there! I have miscarried also and know how hard it is and can imagined how worried you are! The highs and lows can be so extreme! So far so good, so try to relax - practice your breathing & relaxation! Youll hear that baby soon enough!
