Possible to concieve when your already late?

My last period was sometime before thanksgiving. I have not gotten my period yet and took and pregancy test and it is postive. I'm not sure when I concived but had sex three weeks ago. Is it possible that I could have gotten pregant then? or was I already pregnant? I do not remember the exact date of my last period.
