50-75% is an accurate estimate-with most remaining vertex at onset of
labor.Your physician may give you a medication to relax your
uterus--some utilize epidurals for the same purpose.
Vaginal del. of a breech is becoming a "lost art,"and still widely
debated in the literature--both here and abroad.The legal climate in the
US is a driving force for c/s for all breech babies.
