Michelle Scar tissue is certainly a possibility. That can give pain during times the uterus is very active, ovulation, sex, menses. I tell my patients to try NSAIDS (ibuprofen, naproxen) first, use them consistently and use a lot of them (2-3 ibu. or 2 naprox each time, using ibu. 3-4x a day and naprox. 2-3x a day). I then remind them the only way to make the diagnosis is surgically, with a laparoscope, and depending on the amount of pain, desire for fertility in the near future, that will tell me if we should go in and have a look. It is ultimately the patients decision, not mine. This pain may just be your uterus shrinking after the miscarriage. BTW, did you have an ultrasound before the miscarriage and did you have a D&C? Best of luck to you.
