I am 11 weeks pregnant with my second baby and my breasts have not become tender, sore or enlarged yet. Should they be by now?  My first baby is only 8 months old and I breastfed him until the beginning of September and I became pregnant sometime in October. Would this have anything to do with it? Does it affect the unborn baby at all if my breasts do not change throughout the pregnancy?
