Opps! I forgot to mention that you shouldn't type in all CAPS because in cyberland people perceive that as shouting at them. I am sure it was not your intention and heck I think if I was in your situation I would be shouting myself with fear and worry. I just wanted to mention the type because some people will flame for that!
