Natasha,

I am sorry you had such a scare. It is very normal for where you are in pregnancy to see only a gesational sac on u/s this early. Many women experience all types of bleeding and spotting in pregnancy and its hard to diagnose what its cause is early on. Unfortunately at this early stage of pg it is a game of waiting and hoping. Serial HCG draws and an u/s once those levels reach 6000 will give you an indication how your pregnancy is doing. Hang in there, bleeding or spotting that is not associated with pain or cramping can be a hopeful sign that all will be well. The fact that they saw your gestational sac in the uterus is also a VERY positive thing! Try not to worry (I need to folow my own advice sometimes)and relax because its just too early to tell right now.

Best wishes! Jenn At Mon, 30 Nov 1998, NATASHA wrote: >
