Dear Kerri

It is certainly possible ! Different pregnancy tests have different sensitivity. When i was younger the routine tests would not detect pregnancy until you were more than 2 weeks pregnant. Some modern tests will detect pregnancy very soon after conception. You don't say what your cycle length is. The longer the cycle the later you ovulate so the less weeks you are pregnant.

If repeat testing is still not positive I'm sure your doctor will consider getting an ultrasound scan to look at the uterus.

I hope you are pregnant after all the trying! If you are not pregnant by one year of serious trying you should ask for some simple tests to check all is well
