Andrea- I'm not a doctor, but like eggnog and use it for a recipe I make every year. I asked my doctor and she said it was ok. (Of course I'm assuming we're talking about non-alcoholic out of the carton). The egg nog I buy is pasteurized, which I think would be the #1 concern due to listeria and other bacteria that unpasteurized dairy products could contain. It is high in fat and calories, so I am not drinking a lot of it. I guess, as with most things, moderation is the key. But just to be safe, you could ask your own doctor or wait until one of them answers here. Have a great holiday and enjoy your eggnog!
