Good question.

Symptoms are often perceived the most in a first pregnancy however, it is likely that they are no different. There is no evidence to suggest that symptoms are less with successive pregnancies nor with greater maternal age. However, than can vary extremely between each pregnancy. If you don't feel pregnant at all, having had 6 children before I would recomend you see your doctor and arrange a scan.
