Can ultrasound miss twins in the last trimester?

I'm 10 wks or 12 LMP, My breast did not become sore until 2-3 weeks ago. Sometimes more tender than other. Nausea only last aprox. 3 wks., but didn't occur until after 6 wks gestation. HX this is my 6th pregnancy and I'm 43. Is this normal to have less symptoms with each pregnancy? At times I don't even feel pregnant. My last term preg. was 17 yrs ago, also I experienced an ectopic pregnancy 7 yrs ago.
