Valerie; I generally tell my patients to expect to menstruate between 4-6 weeks following a miscarriage. It often depends on how pregnant they were when the miscarriage occurred. I would suggest you wait another couple of weeks, recheck a pregnancy test, and then call your ob and see if he will withdraw you if the test is negative.
