Hello and thanks for your time, I had a miscarriage on October 24th. My OB said my first period should be four weeks. I am wondering if she meant two weeks after the recovery bleeding or an additional four weeks? I have had tiny short cramps and very little discharge. I have been tired lately too. NO tenderness in my breasts at all. I am hoping I am pregnant aS we are trying every two to three days since about two weeks ago. This is the end of the four weeks and no signs of bleeding at all. Next week will be a month since it occurred. Any advice would be great. Thanks! valerie
