My costs were: Hospital: Private room 3 days: 675 IV solutions 4 days: 1082.35 Central supply : 1376.35 Laboratory : 314.74 Pharmacy : 681.85 Anestesia : 871.30 Delivery : 1940.85 Blood Admin. : 108.35 Pharmacy-other : 29.40 7080.74 My son in Hospital : Newborn 2 days : 450 Central supply : 18.75 Laboratory : 82.46 Radiology : 276.52 Pharmacy : 49.30 Pharmacy-other : 3.95 880.98 Anestesia: Epidural(474 min.) : 1166.00 Gas/Twilight(80 min.surgery): 689.00 1855.00 GRAND TOTAL::::: *************** $9816.72******* Now keep in mind this is quite high as I went into surgery for 4th degree laceration repairs and many other complications. My son had a torsioned testicle hence the Radiology charge.
