viable vs nonviable fetus

I'm looking for info regarding resuscitative procedures (if any) that should be taken on fetus approx 22 to 23 weeks gestation. I work in rural area and wonder what generally occurs in teaching hospitals. Opinions seem to range from aggressive attempts for family benefit to simple free flow O2 to just allowing parents to hold infant until it expires. Would greatly appreciate any input.
